had training today. NO TRAINING ON FRIDAY. yayness. haha um it was okay. i dont want to connect, its so scary. and how come we dont do front sommer on the springboard anymore. hahaha. thanks to bars my almost blister is back again. how nice. um then had conditioning but we only did like 2-3 sets then we were like whatever lah. haha. whit had gummies again :) then we walked to rtc cuz she was going to julia's house. haha i was talking about nicole richie's dandelion in trng then whit had it on her ipod! how cool. its kinda nice, i didnt think she could sing.

ahh nic's telling me about the shopping in hong kong now. apparently everything in fa yun gai is on sale. omgggg. i want my lacoste shoes. the ones with the silver alligator!!! i hope they have it there...and lots of other stuff omg why do we have to go in december when everythings more ex than november? blah. and alot colder too.

ew i have to go to the dentist later. slow said that her dentist looks at her feet. shouldnt he be looking at her teeth instead! hahaha. okay. my dentist doesnt notice my feet. hahaha.
