hello, today i went for training and there was a stupid traffic jam and i was very frustrated!! i didnt realize shaf was on the bus :O training was okay although i am starting to dread conditioning!! and stupid X laoshi who thinks she knows everything and she's so great. ha.! great my foot. she's damn annoying!! and she made us do the elbow thing for five whole minutes wtf??

went to sandra's house to practice chinese tt with cherylyn and jane. was okay, i really hope we do well!! :)

yuck i ate macs for like two days in a row. how gross. and FAT!! and i haven't touched any of my homework and cherylyn has almost finished everything!!
